Length and Weight The length of a male is13.7 meters and a female is 14.5 meters. The weight of Bryde’s Whales is 16-18.5 tonnes.

Bryde’s Whales habitat A Bryde’s whale is a baleen whale. It’s habitat is in various tropical / sub tropical waters through out the world and can be seen swimming in the Atlantic,Pacific and Indian Oceans. It’s diet is krill and small schooling fish.

Bryde’s Whales Bryde’s whales is named after Johan Bryde, who helped construct the first South African whaling factory in the early 1900s. This species is often confused with the slightly larger sei whale(Balaenoptera borealis), but can be distinguished by the three distinctive ridges that run from the tip of the broad rostrum to the rear of the head, level with the two blowholes

predators, color, weight, and size They are dark gray and are medium size. They can weigh as much as 90,000 pounds. They can range it’s size to 40 feet to 55 feet. It’s predator is Killer whales and great gray sharks. Sharks eat died Bryde’s Whales.

Bryde’s migration IIn the winter they travil from warm water of the Paufic to the cold water of Atlantic in summer. AAlso, they have a pointed narrow snowt siclce shaped dorsil fin
