Clean Air Council Sustainability Training Declaration Sustainability provides a framework for helping to identify the inter-connections between environmental, social and economic impacts and goals and how meeting our present needs can be better balanced with ensuring the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.

CAC Sustainability Training Survey CAC members provided feedback to the sustainability training priorities in December 2013 and January 2014 and these results will guide the collective development of municipal sustainability training programs and the compilation and development of capacity building activities and resources.

The "how" component is a vital component of beneficial Sustainability Training. Sustainability needs to be taken from a discussion, to action. 6. Other target audiences you think are important and other comments Training for community members is significantly different than internal staff. I am not confident that the same training program could be used for both these target audiences. Corporate Communications Staff It is important for all staff to have this training in order for the City to work together and achieve our sustainability goals. It has to be ingrained into everyone and be a part of all work plans. Politicians, senior management and (depending on corporate structure) finance, have to be on side and buy-in to the training and its value for it to be effective throughout the organization.
