2 2 Enrollment Management Definition  An organizational concept and a systematic set of activities designed to enable educational institutions to exert more influence over their student enrollments  Concerns student college choice, transition to college, student attrition and retention, and student success

5 5 Fully Online and Hybrid FTES In 2006-07 Internet based FTES represented 9.23% of the total district wide FTES, compared to only 1.5% in 2002-03

6 6 District wide 2006-07 Enrollment Management Highlights  Increased student enrollments by improving online and in-person services:  Electronic signatures for students and faculty  Online parking permit system  New online registration system  Upgraded Emeritus Institute telephone registration system  My Academic Plan  Regular online banner ads through OC Register, OC Metro and LA Times  Bi-monthly and monthly advertising for the Colleges
