6/11/2003PSYC 10,000 Ft View (Goal) Membership The Club should continue to focus on being an active family boating Club. Encourage growth within the “active” membership class.

6/11/2003PSYC 10,000 Ft View (Goal) Financial –Develop a fiscal plan to ensure an income greater than the average expenses after allowing for capital growth, regular repairs as well as allowing for emergency and/or unforeseen situations. Facilities –The Club must provide facilities that support the membership’s continual needs.
