3 © International Vision Facilitation Committee What Is “ Club Visioning ” ? A dynamic tool that helps define a shared vision for your Club. It generates shared commitment and creates a framework to establish goals & objectives. It ensures everyone is pulling in the same direction with a common destination in mind.

4 © International Vision Facilitation Committee Why Is A Vision Needed? A vision supports continuity, enables consistency and leads to consensus. It leads to a multi-year coordinated plan instead of annual cycles of “re-inventing the wheel”. Encourages new leaders in the Club to step forward.
