6. Aviation Not suitable for spectrum trading Protection against interference Need to comply with international regulation

7. Cellular Mobile Some respondents would like 2G and 3G trading to be delayed. Others would like to see 3G trading introduced soon.

8. Broadcasting Sound Broadcasting –Analogue radio spectrum suitable for Mode 1 trading, i.e change of ownership Television Broadcasting –Trading provides an opportunity to buy extra capacity as well as sell it –However ‘complex process’ particularly due to public service broadcasting
