How to white balance: Focus on a white object where you will be filming. Press and hold the ‘white balance’ button. Wait until viewfinder displays ‘OK’.

Pt. 2: Tips for Good Movements USE A TRIPOD! NO HANDHELD SHOTS! Lock-down the tripod head. – Practice your move. – Lock whatever part of the tripod isn’t being used for movement. If you only need a tilt, lock the pan and pedestal.

Movement – Preserving motion continuity – Similar to vectors and sporting events Color – White balance – Tape in the same conditions, if possible. Audio – Tape entire voice-over at once. – Maintain background noise
