Try to move around a bit on stage Audience can easily get bored. Moving around a bit livens up the talk. If you remain center state all the time, it will make you appear constrained and nervous. The whole stage can be your performance site. Stepping forward toward the audience heightens up their interest. Moving sideways adds variety.

Use your body and its language Use gestures or body movements to add stress to your argument, but they should appear to be natural, not staged. If your space is confined, use your body language to create more power.
