2. I will act responsibly at all times in the laboratory

3. I will follow all instruction about laboratory procedures given by the teacher

4. I will keep my area clean in the laboratory.

5. I will wear safety goggles at all times in the lab and protective clothing when needed.

6. I know where the fire extinguisher (and fire blanket) are and I have been trained in their use.

7. I will notify the teacher of ANY emergency.

8. I know who to contact for help in the case of an emergency.

9. I will tie back long hair, remove jewelry, and wear shoes with closed toes while in the laboratory.

10. I will NEVER work alone in the laboratory.
Who will call for help when you do something stupid?

11. I will not take chemicals or equipment (or animal parts) out of the lab without permission…guess what? You will NEVER have permission!!!

12. I will never eat or dink in the lab unless instructed to do so by the instructor.

13. I will only handle living or preserved specimens when authorized by the teacher.

14. I will not enter or work in a storage area unless supervised by a teacher.

15. BUT…hopefully we WILL HAVE some FUN!
