What are the word parts? Root Words – Main part of a word. It contains the core meaning. Sometimes it can stand alone and sometimes it can’t. Example Unbelievable Incredible Prefix – Word part that has specific meaning at the beginning of a word. Example re, in, con Suffix – Word part that has specific meaning at the end of a word. Example ing, ed, tion

How can I complete my homework?
