Restroom/Water Fountain Procedures Do you best to wait until I am not giving direct instruction, and then ask for permission to use the restroom. After I have given you permission, please sign out on the sign out sheet and take a bathroom pass with you to use the restroom. Go straight to the bathroom (in the 6 th grade wing) and return to the classroom immediately after using the bathroom. Sign in when you return. ONE student may use the bathroom at a time. If you have an emergency, you may leave the classroom to use the restroom without permission. I will, more than likely, send someone to check on you.

PLEASE RETURN ALL BORROWED MATERIALS. If materials aren’t returned, I will not replenish them. Once they are gone, they are gone!

If you are absent… If you are absent, please check my webpage to find out what you missed. If you have questions about assignments, please see me. In addition, if you have questions about your grades, YOU need to ask. If your parents inquire I will let them know that you did not ask for clarification and may have you come in after-school to make sure you fully understand what is expected and to clear up your questions.
