“Wellness is making proactive choices to balance your physical, mental, and social life.” Representatives from 18+ campus departments work together to provide the following wellness services to students:

Drop-In Centers Provide students opportunities to meet with wellness resource professionals at three high-traffic locations: –The University Center –Francisco Torres –Carrillo Dining Commons. Over 200 weekly contacts

Licensed Massage Therapist Offers Chair Massage to students by appointment at Student Health 3 hrs/wk $10 for 10 minutes on a fee for service basis Schedule is full Full body massage is being considered for Fall

Free brief chair massages available at no charge at the Wellness Drop-in hours at the UCEN 10 – 16 students weekly
