Parents Feedback I went to see the HV about the children recently. Things better after course but things have slipped again. Swearing, disrespectful, cheeky. No problems in school, doing really well. I feel I need to spend more special time with the children.

Parents Feedback Speaking to other adults made me feel better within myself, knowing that I was not the only one having problems. Creche facilities were really helpful. Overall a great experience, really helpful I liked doing the course and found it very interesting. Doing the practical stuff and taking it home to practice on the children. Playing with the children was the best thing I learnt

Service changes since follow- ups Top-up sessions have been offered due to expressed need, but little success Advanced IY offered as a result and huge demand. Group currently running and waiting list!

Ending on a positive note Our local evaluation is demonstrating positive outcomes, similar to other research. Based on draft document from WAG on cost-effectiveness, we only need to have a 1:55 success with conduct problem children to gain long term cost benefits!

Our Team Specialist Behaviour Practitioner – Deborah Roberts (5 – 11 years) Liz Phenna-Williams - Specialist Health Visitor (0 – 4 years) Rebecca MacDonald – Support Worker (5 – 11 years)
