22 What PSL can do Provide a 24/7 telephone contact line: operated by humans for humans Arrange appointments for face to face support 1-2-1 sessions: in the Hubs, at our base, in the community or as home visit Offer peer support by facilitating group support: groups held locally

23 The virtual support system For some people face to face contact is difficult, so the VSS was developed. Virtual Support System: E-mail correspondence, dedicated telephone support and the use of text messaging

24 How PSL does it Trained Family Support Workers who are passionate about their work: FSWs answer the phone, undertake 1-2-1, facilitate groups.. We actively seek client feedback and consult with family members on a regular basis Work with other agencies, active referral, jointly, in partnership, signposting etc.
