51 SCHOOL COUNSELLING SERVICE: School counselling service provides access to information, that pupils seek for further education …but school counsellors focus mainly on working with talented pupils or pupils with special needs Facts: School counselling service performs only 2 lectures annually in the last two grades (8.+9.) about vocations and labour market School counselling service provides every pupil at least one interview before they finish basic education. Participation is optional EMPLOYMENT SERVICE OF SLOVENIA : Lectures for primary school pupils and their parents on conditions in the labour market, on the factors influencing career decisions and so forth. In the 8th grade ESS organizes aptitude testing of pupils’ abilities (GATB – General Aptitude Test Battery) In the 9th grade vocational questionnaire is administered at schools by ESS Academia Tallinn, April 2011
