Required for any and all work performed on an onsite system Valid for 3 years, in most cases Issued: ̶ In reference to a property or parcel ̶ In writing ̶ To a licensed individual Can a BOH create their own DSCP? Permits—DSCP 5MA PHIT- Wastewater Certificate Program, Session 2
