Getting into the shoes of others. Helps in understanding from others perspective. Become more compassionate with others feelings. If one empathizes with other, it becomes much easier to communicate.

General human tendency to hide actual feelings and thought in different situations. This is due to the fear of getting ignored, rejected or criticized. It is necessary to be open in one’s interactions and communications while working in groups. Disclosure of required information and feelings help building others trust and mutual understanding.

Plays important role in interpersonal communication. Eye contacts, head movements, movement of hands etc portray an attentive and enthusiastic individual. Staring on walls, scribbling on walls shows the lack of interest and involvement, poor listening habits and so on.
