My Experience with Beach Retreats I have lead 13 summer spiritual renewal beach retreats. I attended a similar beach retreat as a youth. It made a lasting impact and contributed to feeling connected to the ministry. Community building through free time, shared experiences, worship and learning, and intentional activities. Relaxed and beautiful environment opens participants to worship, hearing voice of God, participating. Many former youth point to this trip as a significant marker in spiritual journey. Adults too! Attracts youth who normally do not attend youth functions.
