10 Youth, Midi and Mini Rugby Organisation The Junior Rugby section of the club has been in existence since its inauguration in 2003. It is expected that the numbers will increase considerably in another two years when we expect to have an additional two year groups at U-16 and U-17 years. Our projected figures are in excess of 220 young players involved in Rugby at Layham Road by 2015. There is a need to recruit more volunteers to undertake the coaching and management of these new groups.

The rapid growth in our youth section is now posing some real problems in terms of our ability to adequately host opposition teams and their supporters. A minimum of two more changing rooms plus additional showers are now urgently required. The rapid growth in our youth section is now posing some real problems in terms of our ability to adequately host opposition teams and their supporters.
