8. 8 © Triangle Consulting Social Enterprise 2015 The Outcomes Star™ story A collaborative bottom-up process Homelessness was the first Star, developed in 2003 with St Mungos The Outcomes Star was then published in 2006 for the sector, thanks to the London Housing Foundation The Mental Health Recovery Star was next, in 2008, with the Mental Health Providers Forum Today Triangle have published over 20 versions, with more being developed Stars are developed and piloted with Service Users, Workers and Managers from a range of relevant services The star is widely used in the UK by charities, housing associations, NHS trusts, Local authorities as well as across Europe, Canada, USA & Australia
