2. DAY OFFICIALS  Contact Karshon Carlson if you want a Day Official at your event.  Karshon@iavbreg.org  Day Officials will be carrying ID badges and Region attire (polo or jacket) at ALL times! 2

3. OFFICIATING CLINICS  Now accessible from your USA Membership account – NO MORE multiple log-ins.  Certifications completed this year will last for TWO YEARS.  Some clinics you will be able to test out of. 3

4. OFFICIATING CLINICS  12u and younger teams may take in groups of 2 or 3 with an adult.  Families may take the clinics together.  Send and email Name of Attendees, club name, date and site must be listed to brett@iavbreg.org brett@iavbreg.org 4

TEAM OFFICIATING RULES  Adult must be R1 for Playoff Matches  15u and younger: there must be TWO certified adults or older juniors as part of the work team  One adult must be R1, R2, or underneath the ref stand assisting the R1.  Another adult must be working ONE of the THREE jobs at the score table (Scorer, Libero Tracker, or Visual Score)  16u and older teams must have an adult working ONE of these five jobs on the work team. 6. SOLID COLOR JERSEY RULES  It is required that either the Libero or their teammates wear a solid color jersey. The solid color jersey must clearly contrast from the predominant color(s) of the teammates' jersey. Predominant colors are those that appear on approximately half of the body of the uniform jersey.  To be considered solid colored:  Sleeves must be the same color as the body of the jersey.  Piping/trim not exceeding 1 inch in total at its widest point may be placed along the seams and may be a different color than the uniform jersey.  Lettering and collars can be a different color than the body of the jersey.  Numbers must be a contrasting color and meet all other specifications in Rule 4.3.3 and associated USAV regulations. 6

TOURNAMENT SANCTION FORMS  Qualifying Series & Leagues  Sanction application will start Oct. 1 st  Tournaments will be posted Nov. 1 st  Tournament entries will start Nov. 1 st  Gold & Silver events  Due November 13th.  Sanction Application opens Oct. 1 st  If not in by November 13 th they will not be on the online system for the first tournament entry dates 8 CUE WORD: INFLATION
