Introduction My task was to organise and plan a trip to Paris for gifted and talented students in Year 9. This trip will be 6 days, 5 nights long I have had to create blogs and evaluations to explain my work and make it more detailed; completing the tasks I have been given. I have created a spreadsheet which helps me organise the costs and I have planned the trip carefully.

Accommodation They will be staying at the Premier Classe Chilly Mazarin It will cost £178.33 per student for the accommodation for the whole trip. Students will sleep in separate beds in rooms of 4. They will be woken up at 7:30 every morning to make it in time for the days activities. They will be expected to be in their rooms by 9 o clock. They are expected to be asleep/lights off/silent by 9:30.
5
Transport Students will be transported by a double decker coach. It will pick them up at school at 7 am. It will transport them from the hotel to the activities every day. It will also take them home. The estimated time of arrival back at school will be 22:00. It will cost £60.49 per student for travel throughout the whole trip.

Food We are aware of any dietary requirements the students may have and will take this into account with the food. Students will be expected to try new foods and not be rude if they don’t like it. It’s a different country, they will have different food! They will be asked to not take what they wont eat as it is a waste of the food we are paying for.

Activities The children will be doing a number of activities during this trip, they will all be fun and also help them develop their French speaking skills. They will be visiting and touring the Eiffel tower, a famous monument in Paris. This will cost £9 per student. They will also visit La Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie Museum. This will help develop their French and is an educational visit. This costs £8 per student. They will visit the Sea Life Aquarium as a fun activity and learn about how these animals live etc. This will cost £10 per student. The total cost per student for the activities will be £27

Costs This pie chart shows the percentages that the total cost of the trip is made up of. It is clear how much of the total cost each section makes up showing how much each section costs in proportion to the rest of the trip. The table shows where I got the information from and how much it costs per student for the whole trip.
