WHAT’s COMING? Data Collection Early On ® data collection in MSDS Submitted Fall and EOY General Collections. Can only be submitted by ISDs. LEAs providing special education services for Early On children report the special education and FTE information in their MSDS submissions NOT the Early On ® data.

WHAT’s COMING? Data Collection Use Grade 14 to report special education transition students with IEPs who: 1.are 18 years of age or older as of December 1 of the current school year and 2.have completed a high school state assessment and 3.are attending a transition program
