1. East Texas Employee Benefits Co-op Go to www.ETXEBC.COM

2. Choose Arrow Academy from the drop-down box.

3. You can view the benefit plans and summaries by clicking on the plans.

4. You can view a copy of the Benefits Guide.

5. You can log in using the Login button or THEBenefitsHUB.

6. You can check on your Flexible Spending Account or Health Savings Account.

7. Use the Contact Us tab to get answers to questions.

8. Follow the instruction on the left to log in.

9. Enter your personal information. In order to add your spouse/partner on the next page, you must select “Married…”.

10. Select “View Plan Outline of Benefits” to view an explanation of the benefits. The premium for Basic Life with AD&D is “0.00” because Arrow Academy provides this for employees who work 31+ hours per week.

11. When you select a plan, the rate displays in the box on the right. Click on a different plan to view the rate.

12. This is where you add your spouse/domestic partner and children.

13. You can select the family members you wish to include in coverage or leave blank if you do not wish to include them.

14. It will show you who you have selected and what the premium will be. Follow the instructions to modify. Click on the next plan in the box on the right to continue selecting plans.

15. At the bottom of the box, you will see the total of your monthly deduction.

16. If you wish to waive coverage, select the waiver option located above “Save”.

17. When you finish your enrollment, you will receive an itemized summary with the monthly cost of each plan and the total monthly cost. You can edit your selections until September 1.

19. You must “Logout” or you will end up locked out of your account and will have to contact Julie New to fix the problem.
