4 TSI Project Funded by Implemented by Geography Total area 100 square miles (259 sq km) Maximum elevation 140 feet (42m) above sea level. No rivers on any of the three islands. Sit on the Cayman Ridge which extends westward from Cuba. The Cayman Trench, the deepest point in the Caribbean at 21,120 ft (6,437m), separates the islands from Jamaica.
