3. Cooperative acquisitions If there is any deduction on the approved budget, we foresee that there will be impacted not just on Weida University Library, but also on the other cooperative libraries. For instance, the consortium pricing for some resources (e.g. E-databases, E- journals, books etc…) offered with a minimum requirement of number users, currently we fulfill this requirement together with the purchase order from other libraries, if we quit, the other libraries will not be able to achieve the basic requirement, and will need to pay more.

4. Inter-Library Loan Service Lack of resources to purchase sufficient books to meet the demand, and will stimulate the usage of Inter-Library loan service, and in consequence, we may have extra spending on postage.

5. Document delivery With deduction of labor force, will increase the delivery need time for document scanning process. Will affect the service level of document delivery with other libraries.
