4 Executive Committee Update Developing Audit Committee (one volunteer to date) Setting up relationships with UB and RIT for speaking and educational opportunities and garnering interest in the field (three volunteers to date)

5 Events Committee Update WorldatWork certification course C12 Variable Pay held in May in Niagara Falls 15 individuals took course; 11 from UTRA and one individual each from Rochester, St. Louis, Erie and Wausau Seven signed up so far for September course C17 Market Pricing

6 Events Committee Update 2011 courses approved: T4 Strategic Communications in Total Rewards in May and C1 Regulatory Environments for Compensation Progress in September Networking lunch implemented at April meeting successful; today’s luncheon is first in the Rochester area October meeting host in the Buffalo area is needed: topic to be determined
