The Address Book window opens. Click File then choose New Entry. The New Entry window opens. From the Select the entry type area, select New Distribution List. Let’s place our new distribution list into the Contact list. In the Put this entry area, click In the and, from the list, select Contacts. Click OK. The Distribution List window opens. Use the Select Members or Add New buttons to add addresses to your Distribution List. When you have finished adding members to your list, click the Save and Close button.
