6 Labor Schedules Assignment Level Used when: –The employee’s labor is charged differently than the home organization’s default labor schedule –The home organization does not have a default labor schedule

7 Labor Schedules Earnings Element Level Used when employee is paid an earnings element that needs to be charged differently than their normal pay –Examples: On Going Extra Comp, CT Second Job, etc.

8 LD Suspense For labor charges that are not distributed according to labor schedule One Suspense Account for every Organization –0300018.00.0001CG.724700.Employee Home Org or 0300018.00.0001AM.724700.Employee Home Org (Med School) –Examples: –Project/Award linkage not valid for payroll start and end date. –Labor Schedule did not add up to 100% when LD was processed.

9 Distribution Adjustments To correct previously paid labor –Can be done only after Payroll and Labor charges have been distributed. –Defined by assignment specific payroll time period earnings element (type of pay) –Can be adjusted by amount or percent
