This includes work by UCAS and the Joint Information Systems Committee (JISC) in the area of e-portfolios and online applications, and also development through the British Standards Institution of the technical standard UKLEAP, based on international standards, to support transfer of learner information. Additionally there are links into Europe and the Europass learner record. 4.4.5 This type of information, representing an up-to-date collection of a student's achievement, could be used by HEIs to help inform admissions decisions.
