5. Typing Keep the wrist and forearm in a straight line. To access keys at the edge of the keyboard move the arm. Avoid turning the wrist. Use a wrist rest between typing, not while typing. 18 January 2013Birkbeck College, U. London5

6. Position of Equipment Keyboard: 4 ~ 6 from edge of desk. Mouse: near to body. Avoid stretching forward and twisting the shoulders. Monitor: at arms length, top at eye level.
