4 Limbs Feet flat on floor. Elbows close to body, upper arm vertical, lower arm horizontal. Wrist straight, with the hand in line with the arm. 18 January 2013Birkbeck College, U. London4

5 Typing Keep the wrist and forearm in a straight line. To access keys at the edge of the keyboard move the arm. Avoid turning the wrist. Use a wrist rest between typing, not while typing. 18 January 2013Birkbeck College, U. London5

6 Position of Equipment Keyboard: 4 ~ 6 from edge of desk. Mouse: near to body. Avoid stretching forward and twisting the shoulders. Monitor: at arms length, top at eye level.
