Buzz Word Game Goal: Check for understanding of parts of
speech, but can be adapted for other skills. Make a list of words to pop up on the board Give the student a part of speech to identify (ex.- verbs) If the word that pops up is a verb, they say the word. If it is not, they call out “Buzz!”
