2 Successes Successes By my greater focus in the quality of questions I realised the signicance of the childs’ way of thinking. I devided the process of my teaching in more steps and I concluded the children’s reaction as a capital part of the teaching prossedure. I provoked the greater level of my students’ focus, with simple and well formed questions, and a succeeded to develop better each student’s way of thinking on each own level. By my greater focus in the quality of questions I realised the signicance of the childs’ way of thinking. 3 Challenges Challenges The time has been being a provoking challenge that put me through stress and discomfort. Often, I forgot to form successful questions and to conclude in my teaching all students’ levels, due to the greater importance I gave to the guidance by the book. My already formed behavior towards the students was also a negative part in my effort to change everyday my way of speaking, asking and guiding the lesson. I pushed myself to write down everyday the most successful and helpful questions I made to my students and prepare 3 more for the next day. 4 Next Steps I am trying to put correct questions, actions and reactions, as a part of my teaching and my life. I made in my class “the corner of questions” where we write down the best questions of the day. I respect more the questions of the students and I everyday provoke them to ask me more. I encourage all kinds of questions and I analyze the significance of each one’s way of thinking, asking and understanding. I realised that asking is a way of teaching and be taught, a way of thinking. I am trying to put correct questions, actions and reactions, as a part of my teaching and my life.
