Climatic regions of the world Equatorial rainforests are located along the Equator. Temp Precip Climate graphs show us what the average weather for a place is like over 12 months. We can see the temperature over the whole year and also how much precipitation there was and when in the year it fell. Climatic regions of the world Describing a climate from a climate graph. When describing any climate from a climate graph we must go through the following steps each time : Temperature the m mm maximum temperature and the month it occurred in. he m mm minimum temperature and the month it occurred in. he r rr range of temperature, ie (max-min). are there clear s ss seasons eg summer/winter with appropriate descriptions e.g. very hot summers/mild winters. Precipitation the t tt total precipitation for the whole year (add up each month’s amount). he p pp pattern throughout the year e.g. are thereperiods of drought or very wet seasons in the year.
