Northern Evaluation Institute Flin Flon - December 2011 What is the Fall Management Program? The Fall Management Program is a preventative strategy that employs interventions to prevent falls. Upon admission, each client is assessed using the Fall Risk Assessment Tool. If the client is identified as a fall risk, the Fall Management Program is initiated.

What are the strengths? What are the weakness? What are the programs accomplishments? Are the outputs worth the inputs? How consistent is the implementation of the program?
