2 O VERVIEW Convened by Boston Mayor Menino and Amos Hostetter, Barr Foundation founder. High-level business, institutional and civic leadership. Voluntary effort with no regulatory authority. Private meetings to encourage candor and peer to peer interactions. Two meetings per year, with Working Groups active between meetings.
