Movement to music workshop 1 Find the one in the music 1 to 8 4 blocks of 8 = 32 count blocks 2 Walk Pose Dance Off Group 1 go first 1.Walk towards group 2 for 8 beats 2.Pose 8 beats 3.Walk back 8 beats 4.Pose 8 beats Group 2 go second, then repeat

Teaching Methods 1.Adding On Method This works brilliantly when teaching moves in a set order 2. Circuits method This works well when practicing a new theme or when you want to them to create their own moves (e.g. Sports) 3. A few structured moves followed by a creative task Using up to 3 moves the children then create their own order and choose how long to perform each move for
