5. 7/12/20055 Who are the members of the Association?  One of the strengths of the Association is the diversity of our membership  The member organizations include end users, system integrators and component suppliers as well as engineering consultants and certifiers  They are engaged in a range of sectors such as process, energy, transport and factory automation  The UK’s Health and Safety Executive and The CASS Scheme Ltd both participate as observers in the Association’s work

6. 7/12/20056 How does the Association work?  The policies and work plans of the Association are decided by the members in general meetings, held three times a year  Implementation of the plans is carried out by working groups set up by, and answerable to, the general meetings  A management committee is responsible for the day to day working of the Association  The costs of running the Association are shared between all members on an equal basis through an annual subscription
