6. Typical week  Always check weekly Announcements. That is where instructors communicate important information about each unit.  We have a chapter or two to read, the discussion board (DB), and projects starting in unit 2.

7. Projects  We have 2 case studies, three 1-2 page projects, and a final paper.  The case studies (CS) and projects are reflective papers. What that means is that you will demonstrate your understanding by applying the concepts in your own words.

9.  Kaplan has a terrific Writing Center. If you have any problems with grammar, usage, organizing ideas, paragraphing, the WC is a great resource.  You are expected to write at the college level in 400 courses.
