Presenter’s Name June 17, 2003 Path Forward OEC is charged with supporting the Secretary of Homeland Security in her role as a member of the FirstNet Board OEC will continue to bring together stakeholders in all disciplines and at all levels of government to share guidance, best-practices, and lessons learned Including existing Federal, State, Tribal, local, and private infrastructure into the planning and deployment of the PSBN will allow wider deployment and a more resilient network Building a nationwide public safety broadband network will require commitment and resources unlike any other public safety effort before, but it has the potential to deliver capability unlike any other system or resource.
