22. Logistics – Personal US citizens do not need a visa and are exempt from work permit requirements Duty-free import of scientific equipment, computers, and expendables. A complete list of all equipment to be imported must be submitted to the Customs Department and the Ministry of International Transportation prior to arrival in Antigua. Waiver of aircraft parking/ramp fees has been received. A 50 % reduction in landing fees has been approved.
