5. Feature Button Is used for quick dials of buildings. Feature Button is the button in the upper left.

6. Feature Button Cont. Pick up the Receiver. Press the Feature Button. Press the 3 digit speed dial of the appropriate building. See Attachment for Feature Codes.

7. How to Login and use Online features. Open Internet Explorer Type into the URL bar the first two initials of your building plus the word “ phones.” Example brphones would get you Brinkerhoff.

8. Log In User Name type the extension of your phone Password is the numerical code you use to retrieve your Voice Mails. Side note: this can be done from any district computer.

9. Check Messages Highlight the message you want to listen to and click Listen.

10. One Touch Dials In order to use the one touch dials feature, you must first log in. Click the Speed Dials Tab.

11. One Touch Dials cont. Insert the number you wish to dial on the number side. Also, you can insert a brief description of that number. Extensions may be placed in, instead of the entire number.

12. Ringer Tones This is a must for users whose phones are in close proximity. Choosing a different ringer will distinguish your phone from other users.

13. Many Features The features we went over today are just a few that we felt would help you do your job more efficiently and effectively. I encourage you to look at all the options of the phone system. Remember you will not hurt it.
