Brighton parents, this is a brief overview of “TeamSnap.” For your convenience also download the Mobile App to your phone. It is integral that you learn to use this program as this is how Brighton Youth Lacrosse will be NOW be communicating with Coaches, players & scheduling events. 3. Download medical release
On your computer (not your mobile app) do the following steps:
1. Go to
2. Click on the tab “Youth Boys Rules & Forms” on the left of the website
3. choose “medical release”
4. download medical release, fill out.
5. Upload the medical release back to your computer and name it your “player's name Medical release.”

4. Login & Password
6. Click on the tab “Teams” on the left of the website.
7. Choose your player's team (eg. Juniors Blue)

5. 8. Go to “Team Members login”
9. Type in your Player's Login and Password

6. Edit Player Info 10. Go to “Roster”
11. On the right hand side, choose,“Edit My Player Info”

7. 12. Here you can choose to “edit photo” or “edit player info”
Choose Edit photo to upload a player photo (this can also be done on the mobile app)..

8. 13. Choose “edit” to change any player info regarding you player to include
address,phone number, Short & Shirt size and to allow for text messaging.

9. 14. Please Check the box allow for text messaging

check the box that asks to allow for text messages & include your mobile phone provider.
15. Check sizes for shorts and shirts. (note Youth XL- NOT available). Deadline to change sizing is March 25 by 11pm.

10. 15. Please make sure you “Save” all your edits by pushing the save button
at the bottom of the page.

17. Please notify you coach or team parent that you have Uploaded your Medical
Release, by going to the “Tracking” Tab and marking the box “medical release.”.

MESSAGING. This option is available on your mobile app and computer.
24.The message option allows you to send s or texts to players, coaches or team
parents. Also you can post messages to your team's home page.
Please do not abuse this option.
25. Note, that texting to you will only be available if you have enabled it from the steps above.

26. This option allows you to upload pictures to your team's site.

19. Treats & Volunteering
27. REFRESHMENTS. This option allows you to sign up for refreshments and treats.
28. Your coach or team parent may also use this as an option for parents to sign up
to help at the score table or other events.
