P45 to be sent to payroll as soon as possible (or P46 to be completed if no P45). Salary paid on 28 th of the month Payslip sent to home address Pay and conditions on NHS Employers website Payroll

Relocation, study leave and mileage claims (when in a General Practice post), paid via payroll. Claim forms & policies on HEEoE website. All claims to be made monthly. All claims must be made within the Financial Year the claim relates to. Claims more than 3 months old will not be paid without exception. Claims via Payroll

Advise of absences via email Claims - Relocation, mileage & study leave Change of address & personal details Maternity leave/paternity leave What you need to do
