37 Using Enhanced Requesting If your library is a member of Libraries Australia Document Delivery the request will go to your library’s account. Your library can be set up to receive an Email Alert that an Enhanced Request has been submitted from Libraries Australia Search The request will not be activated until a staff member at your library authorises it

38 Using Enhanced Requesting If your library is not a member of Libraries Australia Document Delivery, the request is sent to your library’s email address according to the ILRS entry and library staff then process the request.
