5. News Upcoming Trainings Health Records – NEW ESD101 Lab –December 8, 200910:00 to 3:00 This training will cover basic Health records entry, in addition to more advance features such as entering IHP’s, using Student Indicators, and tracking Office Visits

6. News Upcoming Trainings Security Cleanup – NEW ESD 101 Lab –December 15, 200910:00 – 3:00 or –December 16, 200910:00 – 3:00 This will be a working session, to create position-based security groups. Districts who already have security set up this way do not need to attend.

CEDARS Reminders Timelines  Your data is pulled every Thursday night/early Friday morning – changes made in Skyward on Fridays are not visible in CEDARS until the following week’s pull  OSPI processes the data over the weekend  Errors are available in EDS on Monday mornings – corrections made in data are not reflected until the following week  Look for communications from OSPI if data processing is delayed

CEDARS Reminders Known Issues  Sections with multiple Meet patterns are causing errors  Free/Reduced status (Special Program code 19) causing errors if the start date is prior to the first day of school These two items are being worked on between Skyward and OSPI. You do not need to change your data to correct these error messages.  School-Wide Title I programs are not being reported through CEDARS OSPI has agreed to pull School Wide Title I data from their own database. Therefore, there is no need for schools that have school-wide programs to take any further steps. (For schools with individual students participating in Title programs, you will need to continue marking those records as you have on each student’s WA/NCLB tab on the Special Programs button.)
