2.  Client/Server  Terminal Server  Stand-alone

3.  Must turn off UAC  Must turn off Firewall  If using Terminal Server, all users must be disconnected while applying the updates.  If you manually download/update Infall1 or Infall3, then you must update the other one as well.

4.  The compile date on client must match compile date on server.

5.  Check Global Preferences for email setup

6.  Check Personal Preferences to see what boxes are checked

7.  Make sure email address is entered in Security ** We recommend using an administrative user name and password when setting up the email. It is best if they set up an account/user that does not have a password that changes. Must be an email within the domain.

8.  Go to Reports, Expenses | IHAC Email

9.  Check ‘Email all Active Employees’  Type email text in ‘Additional Email Comments’  Click ‘Email’ button ** Email goes to all email addresses entered in Security

10.  Click the Upload button on Toolbar  Sends a copy of the database to PSI’s FTP site  Allows PSI to test scenarios and look into issues without affecting your live data
