There are two search options for policies, batches, and tags on the homepage: 1.Tabs 2.Hyperlinks on the Quick Info and SLIP Batches tables Both search options take you to the Basic search screen. 3 Tabs

4 Policy Search Tab: Basic Search Search for any policy that was processed by the SLA whether it was submitted through SLIP, email or paper. The My Unsubmitted Policies tab limits the search to only those policies submitted by the logged-in user. To view history older than 2 years, click the Show more search options link. 5 Policy Search Tab: Advanced Search Additional fields are provided to enter dates beyond the two year period. To return to the basic search screen, click on the Show less search options link. Advanced Search Screen

6 Batches Search Tab: Basic Search Search for any batch that was processed by the SLA whether it was submitted through SLIP, email or mail. The My Unsubmitted Batches tab limits the search to batches submitted by the logged in user. To view history older than 2-years old, click Show more search options. Basic Search Screen

7 Policy Search Tab: Advanced Search Additional fields are provided to enter older date parameters. To return to the basic search screen, click Show less search options. Advanced Search Screen

8 Tags Search Tab: Basic Search There are three options to search for tags: 1. Under Search Tags, enter one or more criteria in the fields. ◦ The drop-down menu for Tag Status allows you to view open tags and a list of tags referred to CDI or responded to by the SLA. 2. The My Open Tags tab displays a list of open tags for the logged-in user. 3. The Informational Tags tab displays a list of informational tags. 9 Tags Search Tab: Advanced Search Additional fields are provided to tailor your search to specific areas. To return to the basic search screen, click Show less search options. Advanced Search Screen

10 Invoice Statements Search Tab There are three search options for invoice statements: 1. Select Search Invoices for a list of all invoices. 2. Select Outstanding Invoices for a list of unpaid or partially paid invoices. 3. My SLIP payments lists the logged-in user’s stamping fee payment history. To pay for multiple locations, click Change Location link. 132

11 Reports Tab SLIP has a drop down list of reports available. Search criteria for each report is specific to the selected report. Choose from the report format of pdf, Excel, HTML, CSV, or RTF.

12 Report Criteria For the Submitted Policy report, you can run the report based on ◦ Postmark date ◦ SLA processed date, or ◦ Broker invoice date Enter the date parameters. Select your report format and click Generate Report.

13 Users Tab The Users screen lists all the names of the users for a brokerage. Edit your account information by clicking Edit My Account.

14 My Accounts Tab You can also access your account by selecting the My Account tab on the homepage. My Account shows the logged in user’s account information. The first section of My Account shows your profile and permissions as set by your master user. ◦ You can change your password from this screen. My Account: My Profile

15 My Accounts Tab (cont.) The other sections of My Account show the brokers, insurers and transactors, and type of email notifications set by your master user to your account. My Account: Insurers & Transactors My Account: Email Notifications My Account: Associated Brokerages

16 Role of Master User Under the Users tab, the master user of the brokerage is identified on the Users list. The master user must contact support@slacal.org to set up a profile. support@slacal.org Master users are responsible for setting up profiles and permissions of other users in the brokerage.
