2. CIVIL SOCIETY CIVIL SOCIETY REFERS TO THE ARENA OF UNCOERCED COLLECTIVE ACTION AROUND SHARED INTERESTS, PURPOSES AND VALUES. CIVIL SOCIETIES ARE OFTEN POPULATED BY ORGANIZATIONS SUCH AS NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS.

3. NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS ( NPOs ) NPOs ARE LEGALY CONSTITUTED ORGANIZATIONS. THEIR OBJECTIVES ARE TO SUPPORT OR ENGAGE IN ACTIVITIES OF PUBLIC OR PRIVATE INTERESTS WITHOUT ANY COMMERCIAL OR MONETARY PROFIT.

4. NPOs MOST COUNTRIES HAVE LAWS WHICH REGULATE THE ESTABLISHMENT AND MANAGEMENT OF NPOs.

5. NPOs NPOs MAY BE ORGAN İ ZED AS A, NOT-FOR-PROFIT CORPORATION, COOPERATIVE, TRADE UNION FOUNDATION, ASSOCIATION.

6. NPOs All voluntary organizations, charıtable organizations and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) can be counted as non-profit organizations (NPOs). These are all cıvıl socıety organizations.

7. NPOs NPOs ARE INDEPENDENT ENTITIES. THEY RULE AND REPRESENT THEMSELVES. THEY HAVE CORPORATE GOVERNANCE REGIMES.

8. NPOs NPOs HAS GOT BOARD MEMBERS, STEERING COMMITTEE MEMBER, AND THEIR OWN MEMBERS.
