Good Samaritan Laws Most states have some form of Good Samaritan Law, which protects individuals who arrive at the scene of an accident and, in good faith, provide aid and support to the victim until further assistance arrives. Some states have no Good Samaritan Law, while others only protect Health Professionals while performing their duties.
